Clear water-slide and clear vinyl nail decals are thin semi-transparent images, nails must be painted a light color; clear vinyl with white nail decals are thin non-transparent images, nails can be painted any color!
Please note nail decals are not die cut and the desired decal must be cut from the sheet to be placed on the nail.
